List your property on dreaMalta
A useful rental listing helps someone understand how a home would work for them. Present your property with accurate details, clear photographs and an honest description. Each listing costs €5 per month and is reviewed by dreaMalta before publication.
Create an accountGive prospective tenants the full picture
Include the monthly rent, locality, property type, furnishing and Available From date, alongside the features a tenant would want to know about. Describe the home itself rather than relying on broad phrases such as “ideal location”. Exact addresses are kept private for review; the public listing shows the locality.
Add at least five genuine photographs of the property. They should make the rooms and condition easy to understand. AI-generated, misleading, poor-quality or unrelated images are not accepted. If a feature appears in the photographs but is not included in the rental, make that clear in the description.
Authority, payment and review
Before submission, you must accept the Terms and confirm that you own the property or have the owner’s permission to advertise it. The declaration is stored with its timestamp. Each property has its own €5 fee, review and publication period, even when you manage more than one home.
The fee is non-refundable, including if a listing is rejected. Payment does not guarantee approval. dreaMalta reviews the photographs, location, description, price and advertiser details and may ask for clarification or changes before deciding whether the listing can be published.
After publication
An approved listing is published for one month, with a €5 renewal fee for a further month. An expired listing is no longer public. Once a home is live, its details cannot be edited directly: request any amendment so dreaMalta can review and approve it before the public listing changes.
